Construction that takes place off site in controlled environments, with components or full units assembled before being delivered and installed

Standardized and repeatable designs

Pre-designed housing models that can be adapted across locations, reducing time and cost in planning and design

Digital design and construction tools

Technologies such as building information modelling that improve coordination, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the process

Prefabrication and modular components
